Description

This small (brass) double pentaprism ('optical square') has an upper 90 degree prism viewing the scene on the left and a lower 90 degree prism looking to the right. There are no windows for sights straight ahead, nor is there a hook for a plumb-bob.

The handle is short (32 mm long) and thin (9 mm diameter).

The prism are protected by a sleeve than can be rotated to cover the viewing windows.

The upper part is painted in dark green

The top surface carries a painted "UNI NS 9" label as well as two engraved '90°' and a 'STANLEY LONDON' marking.
