Description |
Measuring chain, used prior to steel bands and tapes. Each link is joined by two steel rings. A 66 feet Gunter's Chain has 100 links. A tally of brass is attached at every tenth link. Handles are missing. One '30/70 links tag' missing. Two links about 405 mm long.
