Description

This 'Lab-Tronics' Chronoscope is intended for the accurate calibration of a chronometer using second signals from a time signal transmitter as a reference. The instrument is basically a cathode ray oscilloscope (a device used to display the wave-forms of changing currents and voltages) with a circular time base of 1 second duration and is synchronised by the chronometer output. The instrument consists of an aluminium housing with six knobs for operating purposes and external connection to the clock and the recorder. Resolution is better than 10 ms.
